 personality: Ayako is a minor character so her personality is just becknoed.  She's a strong willed person who can act roughly but who has a gentle heart after  all. She's worried by individuals who can make troubles (like Shinji for istance) and  she's always trying to get things under her control. She's not feminine at all (just have a look at her normal clothing) and she hasn't any kind of romantic relationship.

personal story: Ayako is the captain of the Archery club and she's friend of Shirou and Shinji (people says she has a crush on Shinji but I don't really think so). She's mysteriously kidnapped, but we soonely find out that she was taken by Shinji and used as source of mana to gather energy for Rider (who also sucks her blood). She survived but she was left with almost no mana and in a sort of comatose status.

 personality: Minori is somehow shy, but he might be also a bit aggressive,  especially with people he doesn't really like or trust (like Shirou for istance). He  doesn't show any particular affection to her sister, although he greatly love and  respects her.

personal story: Minori is a side character and he only has a few appearences in Hollow Ataraxia. He's also member of the archery club at school and he seems to have a crush on Sakura. He's oftenly seen with Himuro Kane, who might be his best friend (and peraphs her love consellour).
