In front of the stairs Saber stop herslef for a moment, seeming to check out the aura surrounding the temple then she begins her ascendance, arriving with ease at the main gate, the moon is hidden for a moment by a passing cloud and when it goes out Assassin is revealed by the moonlight, standing with a cool stance before the gate. When Saber asks him who he is, he reveals both his servant class and his name, Kojirou Sasaki, and Saber seems to know well about him at the point to be a little shocked by the revelation. Even Rider is there, standing on a tree and watching carefully at the other servants meeting, but she soon leaves for an unkown direction. However Saber and Assassin are facing each other and Saber, because the fact that Assassin has give her his name, wish to reveals her identity as required by the code of knighthood but Kojirou replies that there's no need for her to do it, although he's really glad to have an honourable opponent and he says that the respective weapons are all they both need to know each other mainly because Servants are supposed just to be weapons; anyway he already knows the Servant Class of his foe. So the duel begins, after a moment of careful study from both the servants Saber attack first and the two got a skilled exchange of blows in wich Assassin is forced to draw back, meanwhile Emiya awakes in his bed, maybe because he feels Saber's aura as she battles with Sasaki, he even seems to feel a little pain in the same point where Lancer wounded Saber and, after a check in Saber's bedroom, he realizes where his Servant went. At Ryudouji the battle goes on, Assassin dodges all of Saber's attacks and he finally pull her back, showing an amazing defensive skill but suddenly being aware of Rider's presence as she trespass the Ryuudouji barrier to attack Assassin's Master. Rider jump down in the temple courtyard at first all seems quiet but she soon becomes aware of many skeleton-like creatures that suddenly attacks her, Rider quietly draws out her weapons and set off to fight them. Outside the temple the battle between Saber and Assassin have come to an halt, Sasaki says that he never imagined that fighting against an invisible sword would be so thought, stating that with his sword techs he's usually able to kill an average opponent with just one slash, complimenting Sabet for being able to resist up til now and asking her if the invisible sword isn't just for show. Saber tells him to stop prattling and attacks with an ascending slash that Assassin dodge easily saying that even if Saber's weapon is invisible he was able to measure its lenght, the precision of his estimation leaves Saber amazed, meanwhile Shirou is going up to Ryuudouji temple using a bycicle. Saber seems to compliment Assassin for being able to deduce her sword lenght and Kojirou replies that it's time for her to stop concealing her true skills believing that Saber is taking easy with him, feeling belittled by the fact that she's fighting with the sword still inside its sheath. When Saber replies with nothing but a cold silence he prepares himself to use his most powerful tech telling Saber to ready herself if she doesn't want to die, after few moments of preparation from both the fighters Assassin uses a sequence of three slashes called tsubame gaeshi and Saber is effectively pulled back by the power of Assassin's Hiken (Secret Sword) even if Sasaki is really amazed that Saber was able to evade his tech. Inside Ryuudouji Rider is finally able to get rid of all the undead creatures and face Assassin's master, some sort of witch that compliments Rider about her Master capabilities to use Saber as a decoy while he send his Servant to sneak into the temple and then summons more skeletons to defend herself but they are no match to Rider's fighting skills and Shinji' Servant is able to attack directly the Witch. Assassin's Master replies with a serie of magical bolts dodged by her enemy and says that unless her enemy is one of the three knight classes (Saber, Archer and Lancer) she should be not disadvantaged against any foe. Well Shirou finally arrives at the bottom of Ryuudouji stairs and begins to run up while Assassin explains to Saber the peculiarities of his Tsubame Gaeshi, is basically an attack conceived to hit a swallow, the first hit is an attempt to strike down the bird followed by a second hit to catch it as evades the first and a third hit just to prevent any further evasion, however because his step was a little bit wider Assassin was not able to perform the third hit with the necessary speed so it was delivered jts a moment too late allowing Saber to dodge it. Anyway Saber is amazed that without using sorcery a man was able to achieve the level of a noble phantasm with just a sword technique and Assassin is pleased to have met a worthy opponent, says that the joy of fighting with her cancels the bitterness of being summoned again in the world. Now knowing the true power of Kojirou Sasaki, Saber readies herself to use her full power, something that further pleases Assassin as he prepares to use the Tsubame Gaeshi. Saber begins to gather a large amount of energy directed to her invisible sword that become a shimmering blade of light, he invites Assassin to withstand her power as the other Servant carefully observes ther display of power, clearly stupefied. The gathering energy is even visible as a column of light on the top of Ryuudouji hill and the power released is felt even by Caster and Rider, as the blindfolded Servant decides to flee from battle, and Emiya as the guy realizes that Saber is using her full capabilities. Sasaki says that it's like being in the middle of the typhoon but that can't be something this small inviting Saber to show him what's hidden inside her sword, meanwhile Emiya seems not to be able to get closer because of the wind provoked by Saber's tech and suddenly his Reiju glows, wondering if that's because Saber's mana he realizes that is something reckless for her to do because her body is not fully healed yet so he forces himself to proceed on the stairs, depseratley calling for Saber. But suddenly another Servant reveals his presence, both Assassin and Saber becomes aware of him and Shirou's Servant interrupt her tech, even Assassin invites her to stop because of the fact they're being spied by another Servant so the battle has become not only a matter between the two of them. Saber asks him if he do not plan to finish theyr duel but Sasaki replies he intends to do so when Saber will cross the temple gate because his only duty is to protect the access to the temple inner quarters and asks Saber if it wasn't lucky that she was interrupted, Saber shows an uneasy grin on her face. Assassin then tells to Saber that someone is there to receive her and that's better for her to leave before the spy changes his target to Emiya, then he diappear. In the end Saber faints beacuse of the excessive use of mana and Emiya got to carry her home on his shoulders, arrived at home Shirou is only relieved to see Saber sleeping quietly and when embrace Saber to bring her to bedroom Tohsaka appears syaing something about the fact of doing thing like that at the house entrance! XD Emiya tries ti give her an embarassed explanation but Tohsaka prevents him telling that she already know what's happened, she then carries Saber to her bedroom and invites Emiya to prepare some tea. When Tohsaka come back in the kitchen she's followed by an awakened Saber an Emiya asks her why she went off to the temple, after sitting down with a cup of tea Saber explains about what's happened and she got a little arguing with Emiya that ends up with Saber agreeding to teach swordmanship to Emiya because his desire to not let others get hurt while Tohsaka jokes him about get killed elegantly and the episodes ends with Saber walking to her bedroom and remembering Shirou's word about the fact he would rather fight instead to have her do the fighting.
